Authentic Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
Thai sweet chilli sauce is a great pairing for a range of fried seafoods. A 'house made' sauce is a smart way to add value and separate yourself from other venues when serving up labour light meals. Note: Jinda chillies are Thai style chillies. It is longer and milder than the bird’s eye style chilis which are used mostly in Thai soups and in the Schoville scale chart would be classed as hot chili pepper.
