This barramundi dish can be prepared in 2 stages. Prepping this dish (stage 1) prior to service means that this dish can be completed in under 15 minutes. We have used Pacific West's Barramundi portions, skin on centre cuts. Barramundi is a type of seabass that’s native to Australia and the Indo-Pacific. Barramundi is Aboriginal for “large-scaled silver fish” and is internationally renowned for its taste and versatility.
