Calamari w/Honeydew, Daikon & Mango Salad
Our honeydew, daikon & mango salad is a light and refreshing Summer salad that is right at home with fried seafood. Here we pair it with Pacific West’s MSC Lightly Crumbed Shortfin Calamari Rings. Ideal as a lunch or light dinner meal this dish can be plated and served in minutes. Note: Tajín Clásico seasoning is seasoning mix consisting of dried and ground red chillies, sea salt and dehydrated lime juice. There are no artificial flavours, no colourants and no sugar.

For the honeydew, daikon & mango salad
Pull out as many seeds as possible using your hands. Place a cut side down and remove rind by slicing down along the curve of the melon with a sharp knife, rotating as you go. Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, thinly slice melon into rings. Toss melon, daikon , and mango on a platter with lime juice. Season generously with salt. Sprinkle with Tajín, and serve with lime wedges and more Tajín.
