Fresno Chilli Hot Sauce
A Fresno chilli hot sauce recipe is a great in-house addition for a range of fried seafoods. Note: This vinegary hot sauce will mellow with time. Make it the day before for a little less spice.
For the Fresno Chilli Hot Sauce
Cook chillies and garlic in a large saucepan of boiling salted water until chillies turn bright red, about 2 minutes; drain. Blend chillies, garlic, and vinegar in a blender until almost smooth; season with salt. Let cool.
