Grilled Hake with Salsa Rossa

For our grilled hake with salsa rossa
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add the garlic and cook gently for 2-3 minutes. Then add the cloves, cinnamon and chilli flakes. Stir for a minute then add the tomatoes and simmer for about 15 minutes until thickened. Remove the cinnamon and cloves. Meanwhile, season the hake really well and grill for 5-6 minutes. Steam or boil the broccoli and serve with the fish and salsa.
For our grilled hake with salsa rossa we use Capensis Hake married fillets deep skinned.
